Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome, manage appointments, handle client queries, and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations at Tranquil Essence Salon and Spa.---Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth.Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and respond to client inquiries promptly.Manage appointment bookings and maintain the salon/spa schedule.Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate records.Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth service flow.Upsell spa services, memberships, and retail products when appropriate.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Handle client feedback and escalate concerns to management if needed.Ensure guests enjoy a premium and relaxing experience from check-in to check-out.
