Spa Receptionist

We are looking for a smart, confident, and polite Spa Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to join Genie Wellness Centre, a premium unisex spa and salon located in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for all clients.

• Manage incoming calls regarding spa and salon services.

• Handle WhatsApp messages and respond to client inquiries promptly.

• Attend to online inquiries from various platforms.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments for therapists and stylists.

• Greet and guide walk-in clients with professionalism and warmth.

• Ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience for every client throughout their visit.

  Responsibilities include explaining spa and salon services, offers, and packages, coordinating with therapists and stylists for smooth operations, maintaining billing records, handling cash or digital payments, and ensuring the reception area remains organized and inviting.

  The candidate should possess good communication skills in English and Hindi, basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge, strong customer service orientation, and a presentable, polite demeanor.

  This is a full-time role (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM) with a salary range negotiable based on experience, along with performance-based incentives and service booking bonuses. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in a spa or salon environment will be preferred.
