A Spa Girl (also known as a Spa Therapist or Wellness Executive) is responsible for providing relaxing, therapeutic, and beauty treatments to clients while maintaining a calm, clean, and welcoming spa environment. The role involves excellent customer service, knowledge of wellness therapies, and maintaining professional standards at all times.
Welcome clients warmly and understand their needs.
Provide spa treatments such as:
Full Body massages
Facials
Manicures & pedicures
Body scrubs & wraps
Aromatherapy sessions
Suggest suitable treatments based on client requirements.
Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session.
Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in all spa areas.
Maintain accurate treatment records.
Promote spa packages, memberships, and products.
Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety during all procedures.
Follow spa policies, protocols, and safety standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints.
Certification or training in spa therapy, beauty, or massage (preferred).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of basic massage techniques and spa treatments.
Professional, polite, and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to maintain a calm and relaxing environment.
Physically fit and able to perform repeated treatments.
Previous spa or hospitality experience is a plus.
