Job Title: Spa & Salon Manager

Job Summary:
Amber Wellness – Luxury Spa & Salon is looking for an experienced Spa & Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team management, service excellence, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Customer Experience:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day spa and salon operations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, ambiance, and customer service.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure efficient appointment scheduling and minimal wait times.
Sales & Business Development:
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
• Promote memberships, packages, and seasonal offers to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and social media engagement.
• Build partnerships with corporate clients and influencers.
Team Management & Training:
• Supervise and motivate staff, including therapists, stylists, and front desk team.
• Conduct training sessions to maintain service excellence and sales skills.
• Manage staff schedules, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
Inventory & Finance:
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
• Ensure cost control and profitability through efficient resource management.
• Track daily sales, revenue targets, and operational budgets.
Requirements:
• Experience: 5+ years in spa/salon management, hospitality, or luxury wellness industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, sales, and customer service.
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or Beauty & Wellness Management (preferred).
• Personality: Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
