Responsible for handling and ensuring smooth operations at around 30-40 client sites (~100-120 security personnel)
Maintenance of daily attendance of guards at all sites. Ensuring 100% site fulfilment with assistance from Recruitment office
Listening and resolving guards issues / grievances on a real time basis, with support from back-end team
Ensuring all changes & overtime duties are communicated to client in timely manner.
Training of guards on post-specific duties in case of new deployment or changes.
Understanding client’s needs and deploying guards suitable for the site.
Ensuring excellent turn-out of all guards, as per company’s standards and regularly auditing / checking guard’s tasks, including appropriate filling of site specific registers.
Reporting to the ASM (Area Service Manager)
