Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

• Maintain visitor register — record names, contact details, purpose of visit, and time in/out.

• Maintain vehicle entry logbook for all incoming/outgoing trucks and deliveries.

• Do regular patrols of the premises, especially during night .

• Ensure all gates, doors, and equipment are properly locked and secure.

• Assist in emergencies like fire, medical issues, or accidents.

• Check employee ID cards and issue visitor passes.

• Report any security or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.

• Follow company rules and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th-grade education.

• Experience in a similar role preferred (factory or industrial area).

• Basic knowledge of Computer & security duties.

• Able to stay in the Company for 24 hrs.

• Honest, alert, and physically fit.

Additional Responsibilities (if required):

• Help during loading/unloading operations if asked by management.

• Check material gate passes when items are moved in or out.

• Maintain cleanliness and order at the gate/security area.
