Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills in Kannada and other regional languages, along with the ability to handle security operations efficiently.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

2. Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence.

3. Operate security equipment such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.

4. Report suspicious activities and security breaches to the management immediately.

5. Assist in emergency situations, including fire, medical, and evacuation procedures.

6. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security reports.

7. Ensure safety protocols are followed by all staff and visitors.

8. Guide and assist visitors politely, providing necessary information when required.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role.

• Good communication skills in Kannada and other regional languages (Telugu/Tamil preferred).

• Physical fitness and alertness.

• Ability to remain calm and act swiftly during emergencies.

• Basic knowledge of security systems and procedures.

• Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC (Preferred).

Work Conditions & Benefits:

• Shifts may include day, night, weekends, and public holidays.
