Administrative & Financial Responsibilities

⁕ Maintain proper records of attendance, duty hours, and overtime.

⁕ Ensure timely submission of billing-related documents like duty slips and attendance sheets.

⁕ Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll and invoicing.

⁕ Monitor expenses within the allocated area and reduce operational wastage.

Compliance & Legal

⁕ Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.

⁕ Maintain updated documentation for audits and inspections.

⁕ Ensure safety standards and emergency response protocols are followed.

Business Development Support

⁕ Identify potential clients and support the business development team.

⁕ Assist in preparing proposals and attending client meetings.

⁕ Provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
