Key Responsibilities:

1. Access Control & Monitoring:

   • Monitor and control entry and exit of staff, patients, visitors, and vehicles.

   • Check ID cards or visitor passes before allowing entry.

   • Maintain visitor logs and gate registers accurately.

2. Surveillance & Patrolling:

   • Conduct regular patrolling of the hospital premises including emergency areas, parking lots, and restricted zones.

   • Keep a watch on suspicious activities and report immediately to the supervisor or hospital administration.

3. Emergency Response:

   • Act promptly during fire, medical emergency, theft, or any other crisis.

   • Assist in evacuation and follow hospital emergency protocols.

4. Crowd & Traffic Management:

   • Ensure smooth movement of people during OPD rush hours or emergency situations.

   • Manage parking and ambulance movement efficiently.

5. Asset Protection:

   • Prevent theft, damage, or loss of hospital property and equipment.

   • Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems when assigned.

6. Assistance & Support:

   • Provide directions and support to patients and visitors courteously.

   • Help maintain discipline and decorum in the hospital premises.

7. Compliance:

   • Follow all security SOPs and hospital guidelines.

   • Wear proper uniform and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
