UNDER THE PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES (REGULATION) ACT, 2005

This Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”) is executed on this 27 th day of

September, 2025 at Bangalore.

BETWEEN

Mavericks Placement And Consultancy Service Private Limited., a company registered

under the Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, 1962, having its registered office at5,Kaka Ge

Ki Kothi,Park Road Hazratganj,Lucknow-226001, hereinafter referred to as the “First Party”

(which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context, mean and include its successors,

administrators, representatives, and permitted assigns).

AND

Terrier Security Services (India) Pvt Ltd,a company incorporated under the Companies Act,

1956, having its registered office at 3/3/2, Bellandur Gate, Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru - 560103,

hereinafter referred to as the “Second Party” (which expression shall, unless repugnant to the

context, mean and include its successors, administrators, representatives, and permitted assigns).
