Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property & Accounts Administrator to manage day-to-day property operations, financial transactions, and administrative tasks. The role involves overseeing property management activities, handling tenant-related processes, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of managed properties.

• Maintain tenant records and ensure smooth communication with tenants.

• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors/service providers.

2. Data Entry & Record Keeping

• Accurately enter and update tenant, lease, and payment information.

• Maintain organized digital and physical records for audits and reporting.

3. Banking & Financial Transactions

• Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.

• Monitor accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

4. Rent Collection

• Collect monthly rents and track outstanding payments.

• Issue reminders and follow up on late payments.

5. Bills Raising & Invoicing

• Generate rent invoices, utility bills, and service charges.

• Ensure timely dispatch of bills to tenants.

6. Tax Sheets & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain tax-related documents.

• Assist in compiling data for GST, property tax, and other statutory filings.

7. Screen Site Control

• Monitor site activities and maintain access control records.

• Support compliance with property/site safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in property management, accounts, or administration.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Office-based with site visits as required.

• Coordination with tenants, property owners, and service providers.
