Job Title: Field Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Officer to manage manpower recruitment and site operations for our facility management services. The role involves sourcing and deploying housekeeping and technical staff, ensuring proper staffing at client sites, monitoring attendance and performance, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The Field Officer will act as a bridge between the company, site staff, and clients to ensure quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and deploy manpower (housekeeping & technical staff).
Maintain adequate staffing and handle shortages promptly.
Visit sites to monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Resolve on-site issues and support supervisors in smooth operations.
Maintain records and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma with 2–4 years of experience in manpower recruitment/site management.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Ability to travel and manage multiple sites.
