Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Resolve queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
Promote and sell insurance products to potential and existing clients
Explain policy features, coverage options, and assist in decision-making
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Collaborate with peers to improve service and sales processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
🎓 Qualifications
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred; freshers are welcome
Communication:
Customer Support: A/B+ grade (VETI)
Sales: A+ grade (VETI)
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Sales aptitude and negotiation ability
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
