Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from travel agents.

• Share rates, tour packages, and service details via email, WhatsApp, and calls.

• Follow up regularly with agents to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners.

• Maintain records of communication and report daily sales activities.

• Work closely with the operations and reservations team to ensure seamless delivery.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or DMC industry.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing ability.

• Must be highly energetic, self-motivated, and workaholic in attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple leads at once.

• Familiarity with B2B travel platforms is a plus.
