As a Travel Consultant at Trip n Roll Travels, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating all aspects of our travel services, including flight tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages, and visa assistance. Key Responsibilities:

• Flight Ticket Booking: Assist clients with booking domestic and international flights, ensuring the best deals and routes.

• Hotel Reservations: Recommend and book hotels based on client preferences, budget, and location.

• Tour Packages: Provide expert advice on tailored tour packages, including group tours, luxury holidays, and adventure trips.

• Visa Assistance: Offer support with visa application procedures, documentation, and timely processing.

• Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout their journey, ensuring all their needs are met.

• Customer Support: Address any issues, concerns, or queries from clients before, during, and after their trip.

• Sales & Upselling: Promote special deals, exclusive packages, and additional services to enhance the client’s experience.

• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage booking systems, and ensure smooth service delivery.
