Handle bookings for flights, hotels, activities, transfers, cruises, insurance, etc.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, and vendors to confirm availability and best pricing
Ensure all documents, vouchers, and confirmations are delivered accurately
✅ Client Servicing & Communication
Speak with clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email to understand and finalize their plans
Provide guidance, visa documentation support, and travel tips
Be on-call for support during travel in case of emergencies or changes
✅ Vendor & Partner Management
Build relationships with hotel chains, tour operators, and ground handlers
Maintain updated vendor lists with rates, commissions, and specials
Negotiate better rates/packages for profitability
✅ Follow-ups & Feedback
Ensure payment collection, documentation, and confirmations are timely
Take client feedback and handle post-travel queries professionally
Upsell and cross-sell other services (insurance, forex, etc.)
Strong interest in travel & tourism
Good communication & sales skills (Hindi + English)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email tools
Knowledge of popular destinations, hotels, DMCs, and travel platforms (like Booking.com, Amadeus, TripJack, etc.)
