Key Responsibilities:
Manage domestic & international travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Customize tour itineraries and travel packages according to client requirements.
Manage end-to-end travel bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing tours, and visa services.
Provide accurate travel consultancy on destinations, travel routes, and visa processes.
Stay updated on latest travel trends, airline deals, and hotel offers to advise clients effectively.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of global travel destinations (Dubai, Maldives, Europe, USA, Singapore, etc.).
Prior experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Executive.
Excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in GDS systems, MS Office, and Travel CRM tools.
Good understanding of airline ticketing, hotel reservations, and visa documentation.
