Key Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable travel packages.

• Customize and sell travel plans based on customer preferences, timelines, and budgets.

• Provide destination insights including weather, local attractions, activities, and regulations.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Handle negotiations, special requests, and changes efficiently.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging destinations.
  

Who You Are

• 6 months to 4 years of proven experience in travel sales, consultation, or customer-facing roles.

• Strong understanding of domestic or international destinations and travel planning.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• High level of enthusiasm, accountability, and ownership.

• Comfortable working with targets and thriving in a performance-driven culture.

• Strong sense of customer service and attention to detail.
