Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach prospective clients in the domestic and international yarn markets. - Promote and sell Bharat Tex Export's range of yarn products to new and existing customers. - Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and forecasts. - Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and accounts. - Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company. - Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Proven sales experience, preferably in the textile or yarn industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software). - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with textile export documentation and procedures. - Understanding of yarn types, counts, and textile applications. - Existing network of contacts in the textile manufacturing or export sector.
