Role Description
We are seeking energetic and driven Territory Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.
This is a client-facing role that involves meeting property owners, tenants, and potential customers
to present our services, generate leads, and build lasting relationships. If you are passionate about
sales, enjoy interacting with people, and have a keen interest in the real estate sector, this role is
for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Present Propvito’s services and solutions effectively to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory for freshers
with strong sales aptitude).
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct effective meetings.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Prior exposure to real estate, PropTech, or related industries is an added advantage.
