We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at SWEC Education & immigration Services . The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call/Follow up with Prospects shared/Given/Walk Ins for Inquiries for Student visa & Dependent for All Countries.
Collect required documents from Client & hand it over to Process Executive.
Coordinate with applicants to collect missing or additional documentation if required.
Do verification process for submitted documents as per the requirement of respective country requirements.
Achieve the targets for Student & Dependent Visa as Given by management & support the Counselor for Generating/Follow up with Inquiries.
Make reminder or follow-up calls to students regarding appointments, documentation, or payments.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
