We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at SWEC Education & immigration Services . The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call/Follow up with Prospects shared/Given/Walk Ins for Inquiries for Student visa & Dependent for All Countries.

• Collect required documents from Client & hand it over to Process Executive.

• Coordinate with applicants to collect missing or additional documentation if required.

• Do verification process for submitted documents as per the requirement of respective country requirements.

• Achieve the targets for Student & Dependent Visa as Given by management & support the Counselor for Generating/Follow up with Inquiries.

• Make reminder or follow-up calls to students regarding appointments, documentation, or payments.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
