Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers (leads) provided by the company.
Product Presentation: Effectively present and explain our products or services to potential and existing customers, clearly articulating their benefits.
Lead Qualification & Sales: Understand customer requirements, answer questions, handle objections professionally, and work towards closing sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Accurately enter and update customer information, call details, sales orders, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Follow-up: Conduct systematic follow-ups with interested leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Reporting: Maintain records of daily calls and sales activities and contribute to regular sales reports.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
CategoryRequirementEducation:
Minimum 12th Pass or a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Experience- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or a similar sales/customer service role.
