Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our growing finance company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, managing daily operations, and ensuring high performance within the team. The position requires strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to achieving business goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of employees, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Set clear performance objectives for team members and monitor progress. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
• Training & Development: Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth. Organize training sessions and workshops.
• Client Interaction: Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Reporting: Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports to senior management regarding team performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics.
• Problem Solving: Address any internal or external challenges that the team faces, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance team efficiency and client service delivery.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the finance or customer service industry.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, managing diverse personalities and skill sets.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to resolve issues under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any field; a background in finance or business is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience in managing teams in a financial environment.
• Strong understanding of finance industry operations and customer service practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
