Role Overview
As a Team Leader, you'll manage and mentor a team of tele-marketers or sales consultants, driving performance, productivity, and client satisfaction. Your focus will be on achieving targets, coaching the team, and maintaining quality standards .
Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele‑marketing / sales professionals; set daily/weekly targets and delegate tasks.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, call metrics, lead conversion, and manage quality through call monitoring and reporting dashboards.
Coaching & Training: Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, provide feedback, training, and process guidance to elevate team performance.
Sales Target Execution: Ensure team meets individual and overall sales or revenue targets; support escalated clients and complex cases.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular performance reports, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: At least 12th pass; bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in tele‑sales or B2C sales; at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position preferred.
