Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – B2B Sales to lead and motivate a team of sales executives in acquiring and managing business clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for driving performance and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of B2B sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business clients and grow existing accounts.
Monitor team performance through KPIs, pipeline management, and regular review meetings.
Provide sales training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve skills and productivity.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
Handle high-value negotiations and close deals when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, with at least [1-3] years in a team leadership role.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to drive performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to make informed decisions.
Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
Knowledge of B2B sales processes, procurement cycles, and enterprise client management.
