Role:Senior Education Counselor / Sr Telesales Executive

Educational Qualification: Any graduate with equivalent course in counselling
Key Skills:
· Graduate in any discipline (Education/HR/Management background preferred).
· Good communication skill sin English and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Counsel students and parents about educational courses, programs, and career opportunities.
· Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads.
· Generate leads through calls, references, and digital platforms.
· Conduct tele-calling and convert inquiries into admissions.
· Maintain and update the student database in CRM software (leads, inquiries, follow
· ups).
· Provide accurate and timely information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of students.
· Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
