Position Overview: 

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Telecaller Executives to join our growing real estate team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our property offerings and scheduling site visits. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects using provided leads or databases

• Introduce and explain our real estate projects and offerings

• Answer customer queries and build interest in our properties

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

• Update CRM with call details, client status, and follow-ups

• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

• Share client feedback and insights with the sales & marketing teams

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: High School; Bachelor's degree preferred

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (Real Estate experience is a plus)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

• Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection

• Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM tools is a plus

• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results
