Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Associate – Business Loan to join our Gurgaon office. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and nurturing clients, generating qualified leads, and guiding them through the initial steps of the business loan process. Your strong communication, sales aptitude, and ability to build relationships will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential customers (SMEs, entrepreneurs, and professionals) to introduce Loan Bazaar’s business loan products.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Understand client requirements, assess eligibility, and qualify them as potential leads.

Consultation: Educate clients about different business loan options, including working capital, term loans, and overdraft facilities.

Coordination: Work closely with loan officers and financial institutions to ensure smooth documentation and loan approvals.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and loan disbursement.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, business loans, or financial services is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in both English and Hindi.

Customer Orientation: Professional, patient, and confident approach in dealing with clients.

Sales Aptitude: Target-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve and surpass goals.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Education: Graduate degree preferred (any stream).
