We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team and contribute to our customer acquisition and support efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, explaining products/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide appropriate solutions/information.
Explain products or services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Maintain customer data and update records in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls.
Work closely with the sales or marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
