· Calling clients.
· Candidate should have basic knowledge about Loans.
· Contact and convincing potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service from the given data base.
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Answer questions about products or the company.
· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
· Take and process leads in an accurate manner.
· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
· Keep records of calls and sales and update note useful information of customer information.
· Ability to learn about the company services & describe/explain them to the prospects.
· Responsible to provide activity report daily to your immediate boss.
