The Telecaller Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing the company’s products or services, answering inquiries, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a target-driven attitude, and the ability to persuade customers effectively.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales.
Explain company products or services to customers clearly and professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, sales, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues efficiently.
Follow up with customers via phone or messages to close sales.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).
Ability to work in a target-driven and competitive environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and persistence.
Experience in telecalling or telesales will be an advantage.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or sales.
Based on experience and performance, typically ₹20000-25000 per month.
