Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate records.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during interactions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
