Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our in-house lead generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating interest in our products/services, and scheduling appointments or passing qualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads list.
Introduce the company’s products/services, explain benefits, and create interest.
Understand customer needs and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
Maintain a high volume of calls per day while ensuring quality communication.
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and lead status in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve call scripts and lead conversion strategies.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Requirements:
Minimum graduate in any discipline.
Min 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools.
Positive attitude, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to handle rejections.

Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.
