Roles & Responsibilities
Work exclusively on new in-house leads as well as existing leads in database through Cold calling.
Contact and explain the equity account opening process to potential clients.
Convert leads into successful client acquisitions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Build trust and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to enhance engagement and retention.
Meet and exceed acquisition and business development targets.
Provide clients with clear guidance on equity accounts, broking services, and investment options.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates residing in or near Greater Noida are preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to manage conversions effectively.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Broking / Equity / Financial Services.
