Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team if required.
• Collect feedback from customers and report to management.
• Maintain professionalism and positive energy during all customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred.
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
