Role: Sales Telecaller (Lead Closer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Call fresh leads and pending follow-ups generated via Meta lead gen ads.

• Explain Winsaa Wiki services clearly, handle objections, and convince leads to pay the advance ₹499.

• Engage with leads on WhatsApp, send samples, and follow up.

• Update CRM with lead status, payment, and notes.

• Ensure smooth handover of paid leads to Sales & Operations Executive.

Targets & Workload:

• Leads Provided: 70–100 leads per day

• Calls Required: 80–100 calls per day

• Monthly Target: Close 10% of assigned leads

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (Remote Work from Home)

Requirements:

• Experience: Preferable but not mandatory

• Laptop and mobile required

• Language Skills: Hindi mandatory, English preferable

• Education Qualification: Not mandatory

• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and meet daily & monthly targets

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed: ₹10,000 per month

• Incentives: ₹10,000 per month on achieving targets (monthly target = 10% of leads closed)
