We are looking for a Vendor Acquisition Executive to join our team at City Professionals Pvt. Ltd. This role involves acquiring new vendors and driving business growth, building relationships with vendors, and achieving targets. Identifying leads, pitching services, and ensuring vendor satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹24000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities – Vendor Acquisition Executive

1. Identify and Source Potential Vendors : Research and gather vendor data through online platforms, directories, local listings, and social media.

2. Cold Calling & Initial Outreach : Initiate contact with service providers via phone calls, WhatsApp, or email to introduce City Professionals and assess interest.

3. Pitching and Persuasion: Clearly explain the benefits of joining our platform, addressing vendor concerns and highlighting growth opportunities.

4. Relationship Building: Build strong rapport with potential vendors to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

5. Documentation & Verification: Collect necessary documents such as ID proofs, service portfolios, GST details, and bank information. Ensure accuracy and completeness.

6. Onboarding Assistance: Guide vendors through the onboarding process, including support via Google Meet or phone in completing their registration and training.

7. Follow-Ups & Tracking: Maintain an organized record of outreach efforts, responses, and follow-ups to ensure timely conversion and onboarding.

8. Feedback Loop : Provide insights to the internal team on vendor objections, market trends, and opportunities for improving the acquisition pitch or onboarding flow.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, MS Excel, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
