Role Overview:
You will be the first point of contact over telephone for potential clients and leads. Your goal: generate interest, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and help convert leads into measurable opportunities for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company, follow up on enquiries.
Receive inbound calls, understand client requirements, log details in CRM.
Qualify prospects: understand their needs, budget, timeline.
Schedule meetings / demos with the internal sales or account team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads status and update reports.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly target for calls made, leads generated, appointments booked.
Collaborate with the marketing team to feedback on lead quality & help refine scripts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum X years of experience (you can decide years) in tele-calling, customer service or inside sales.
Strong spoken and written English and Marathi/Hindi (or any regional language) — comfortable making calls.
Good communication skills: clear, confident, polite.
Basic computer skills: MS Office, CRM/data entry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets.
Positive attitude: resilient, good at handling rejection, persistent.
Preferably local to Virar / neighbouring suburbs (commute friendly).
