Key Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation:Make outbound calls to potential customers, present products and services, and generate leads by identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
Customer Interaction:Handle inbound customer inquiries, answer questions about products, and resolve customer issues or complaints professionally.
Sales Management:Achieve individual and team sales targets, meet agreed-upon sales outcomes within the specified schedule, and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
Database Management:Enter and update customer information accurately in the CRM system, record all customer interactions, and maintain organized customer records.
Customer Relationship Building:Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
