Telecaller – Real Estate Sector
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about real estate properties and projects.
Follow up regularly on company-provided leads and engage with interested clients.
Understand customer needs, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Update customer databases and maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and interests in the CRM system.
Answer customer queries and resolve their concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about market trends, company offers, and new projects.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred).
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
Teamwork, time management, and a positive attitude towards meeting targets.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is an advantage.
Willingness to achieve sales targets with determination, persistence, and a positive mindset.
