We are hiring Telecallers for promoting and managing our Online GeM Portal Training Courses. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining the benefits of GeM Portal training, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to prospective clients
✅ Explain course details clearly and convincingly
✅ Handle inquiries about GeM Portal Training
✅ Maintain follow-ups and achieve enrollment targets
✅ Provide basic support and guidance to interested learners
Requirements:
✔ Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
✔ Prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage
✔ Basic knowledge of GeM Portal (training will be provided)
✔ Confident, positive, and target-oriented attitude
