Responsibilities:

• Interact with the customers via various channels such as calls, messaging and provide them relevant information.

• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and requirements of a customer and maintain healthy customer relations.

• Collect information from the customers and maintain records.

• Modify the sales pitch according to the response of the customers.

• Develop an understanding of the product and services offered by the organisation.

• Provide suggestions and information from your end according to the requirements of the customer.

• Handle the queries of the customers.

• Conduct follow-ups with the customer and co-ordinate with the sales team.

• Schedule site visits, appointments with the customers and assist them.

Requirements & Skills:
