We are hiring enthusiastic Telecallers (Freshers) to join our team at Navjyoti Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, have good communication skills, and are eager to start their career in the corporate sector. You will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining services, and assisting clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.

• Record details of calls, feedback, and customer responses in the system.

• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments if required.

• Work towards achieving daily/weekly calling targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).

• Fresher candidates are welcome (training will be provided).

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confidence, patience, and polite communication style.

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
