Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and update customer databases.
Follow up regularly via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure customer engagement.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits for the sales team.
Support the sales team in achieving closures by providing pre-sales assistance.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Share feedback on customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
