We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and converting them into site visits and sales opportunities. You will be the voice of the company, playing a critical role in driving our business forward.
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from the existing database or leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate project details and solutions.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information.
Follow up with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals.
Handle queries, objections, and provide timely information on new launches and offers.
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (Real Estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
