Job Description:
We are hiring a Telecaller & CRM Executive to join our sales team for our plotted development projects in North Bangalore. This role involves lead calling, client follow-ups, data management, and end-to-end customer relationship handling. You will be responsible for generating site visits, maintaining customer interaction records, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Make outbound calls to new and existing leads and explain project details.
Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects until conversion and ensure consistent relationship management.
Coordinate between sales managers and clients for smooth communication.
Provide post-site-visit follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
Handle basic customer queries related to layout, pricing, documentation, and location.
Support overall sales operations and achieve monthly targets.
Proven experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or real estate CRM preferred.
Good communication skills in Kannada + English (Hindi/Telugu added advantage).
Ability to handle customers professionally and maintain accurate records.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong follow-up skills.
