Key Responsibilities:
• Make proactive outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Present and explain company services clearly and persuasively.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Record and maintain accurate call logs, client details, and follow-up actions.
• Address customer questions, provide relevant information, and escalate complex
issues as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum qualification 12th pass.
• Fluency in Hindi & Bengali, or Assamese & Oriya depending on role.
• Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy (for handling CRM or call tracking software).
• Professional phone etiquette.
