Guide customers on eligibility criteria and required documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Follow call scripts and ensure compliance with company policies.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to follow instructions and scripts effectively
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting
Professional work ethic and multitasking ability
Team player with the ability to work independently when required
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service
Basic understanding of financial products (loans, insurance)
Strong objection-handling and customer engagement skills
