Inbound Support: Handling customer queries related to account details, loan applications, policy status, etc.
Lead Generation: Identifying interested clients and forwarding leads to field sales teams.
Data Management: Maintaining records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.
KYC & Compliance: Ensuring all interactions comply with financial regulations and internal policies.
Good communication (especially in regional languages and/or English).
Basic understanding of BFSI products and services.
