We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in telecalling or customer interaction, and a strong ability to convert leads into opportunities.
Make outbound and Inbound calls to prospective students/customers from the provided database
Explain products, services, and offerings clearly and persuasively
Handle inbound queries efficiently and provide accurate information
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication
Maintain call records and update CRM/database
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence to speak clearly and effectively in Hindi and English
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejections
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage preferred)
Prior experience in the education sector or EdTech is a plus
